Who is Erin Daly?

Erin Daly's legal career spans more than 35 years, marked by significant contributions as a Florida Assistant State Attorney in the 5th Judicial Circuit, where she served victims and upheld justice for over 16 years. Her expertise covers family, criminal, and probate matters, both as a prosecutor and a private attorney.

Courtroom Experience and Dedication:

Erin's qualifications for a judicial role are underscored by her extensive courtroom experience, deep legal knowledge, and unwavering commitment to fairness and integrity. Her journey began in a law enforcement family, and she became a court officer (bailiff) at the Brooklyn Supreme Court at the age of 19.

She quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant, serving nearly 17 years in uniform.

9/11 and Public Service:

On September 11, 2001, Erin was on duty at the downtown Brooklyn courthouse when the terrorist attacks occurred. She played a crucial role in evacuating lower Manhattan and assisting the wounded.

Erin volunteered in the subsequent search, rescue, and recovery operations at Ground Zero, working on special assignment with the Office of Emergency Management.

Erin is married to Bill and has helped raise four children.
