Who is Keith Benn?
Keith Benn, a New Blue candidate for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex, has deep roots in Southwestern Ontario. Initially from Wallaceburg, he later moved to Port Lambton.
After working in factory and construction environments, Keith pursued higher education in Geology, earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Science from Laval University, and a doctorate from the University of Montpellier in France.
Professional Career:
Keith spent seventeen years in academia as an Assistant and Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa. He transitioned to the mining industry where he has worked since, holding senior management and executive roles, and currently operates as an international independent consultant.
In 2009, he chose to return to Port Lambton, valuing the connection to his hometown.
