Living on the Gold Coast for over two decades with Vince and their three children, Rampino has dedicated nearly two decades to serving as CEO of the Gold Coast Show. Her leadership was crucial in navigating complex negotiations with local and state governments to relocate the Show, ensuring its continued success and community contribution.

Rampino cherishes the Gold Coast's cosmopolitan charm, vibrant arts and culture scene, and natural beauty, despite wishing for less humidity in summer. She advocates for a City Plan to guide decision-making across sectors, emphasizing the significance of arts, culture, history, and heritage preservation.

Rampino is keen to reengage with the South East Queensland Council of Mayors to strengthen regional collaboration and secure funding for critical infrastructure. She stresses the need for comprehensive transport planning, including light rail, within the context of a City Plan to ensure well-coordinated development and connectivity in the Gold Coast.
