Nicole Pearlman is running for Sixth Circuit Judge for Pinellas and Pasco Counties, Group 9, bringing over 16 years of experience in criminal, civil, and family law. Serving as a judge is more than a job for Nicole; it is a calling driven by her commitment to uphold the law, passion for justice and fairness, and desire to positively impact her community.

Nicole worked her way through the University of Florida, graduating with high honors and earning double major degrees in Psychology and Criminology. She was in the top 10 of her class at Stetson University College of Law.
During law school, Nicole gained valuable experience interning with a Middle District of Florida federal judge and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Sixth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where she tried cases under supervision.
After graduating, Nicole was hired as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, serving both Pinellas and Pasco Counties. In this role, she represented the State and assisted crime victims in achieving justice.
Nicole tried over 60 jury trials and secured verdicts in non-jury trials while litigating complex motion issues. Her cases ranged from DUI charges to child sex crimes, showcasing her broad prosecutorial experience.
In 2012, Nicole joined the Tampa Bay law firm Denmon & Denmon (now Denmon & Pearlman), focusing primarily on family law litigation. This area of law is emotionally charged and complex, with significant potential to impact lives for years.
Nicole has helped countless families navigate the court system, achieving stability and safety despite challenging circumstances. Her dedication to family law underscores her commitment to serving the community.
Nicole and her husband Lee have been part of the local community since 2005. They brought their parents and siblings to the area to also become part of the community.
Nicole volunteers as the den leader for Pack 43, Cub Scouts, fostering community appreciation and outdoor activities among the scouts. She is a member of the Rotary Club and actively participates in community service activities organized by the club.
In addition to her legal career, Nicole is a small business owner. She and her husband Lee own Romp n’ Roll, an indoor gym in St.
Petersburg that offers play, music, and art classes for children under five. This entrepreneurial experience provides Nicole with valuable insights into the challenges business owners face with the judicial system.
Nicole is married to Attorney Lee Pearlman, and they have two young sons, Ryker (9) and Lincoln (7). The family enjoys spending time together at parks, on neighborhood walks, and attending church.
