Peter Kulas-Dominguez has 15 years of experience in family law and has served for four years as an attorney/referee. His expertise includes child protective proceedings, juvenile justice, abuse and neglect, divorce, custody, child support, and personal protection cases.
He has contributed to legal education through presentations and publications, including co-editing and authoring chapters in significant family law resources.
Peter has presented for various legal institutions such as the Michigan Judicial Institute and the State Bar of Michigan’s Family Law Section. He has co-edited and authored chapters in the Michigan Family Law Bench-book and the Michigan Family Law 8th Edition.
Additionally, he has written for several legal journals and is the co-editor of the State Bar of Michigan’s LGBTQ+ Law Journal.
Peter enjoys reading Star Wars novels, writing Sci-Fi fantasy, traveling to Walt Disney World, and playing board games with his husband, Carlos and their Golden Doodle, Chai Foster.
