After joining the State Bar of Michigan, Jevona Fudge began her career as a Civil Law Attorney with the Legal Aid and Defender Association-Macomb. In this role, she specialized in probate court proceedings, administrative law hearings, landlord-tenant disputes, debt collections cases, tax issues, and family law matters, primarily assisting low-income clients.

Macomb County Friend of the Court:

In 2012, Fudge joined the Macomb County Friend of the Court as a Judicial Service Officer. Her work here focused on child support, parenting time, custody issues, and enforcement of court orders issued by the 16th Circuit Court Family Division.

Current Role and Commitment:

Currently, Jevona serves as Deputy Chief/Assistant Prosecutor in the Cooperative Reimbursement Unit, where she continues her commitment to equal access to justice, diversity, and collaborative and accountable parenting. Her extensive experience on both sides of the justice system allows her to advocate for and effectuate change for underserved and vulnerable populations.
