Who is Leo Hauville?

Leo Hauville is a retired primary school teacher and principal who resides in Kempsey Shire, New South Wales. He completed his education at Northern Rivers College of Advanced Education, where he earned a Diploma of Education in Primary Teaching from 1974 to 1976 and a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education from 1986 to 1988.

Teaching Career:

Leo Hauville had a long career in education, spanning over 37 years with the NSW Department of Education. He worked as a primary school teacher from 1977 to 2008 and then served as a school principal from May 2008 to February 2014 at Willawarrin Public Schools.

Kempsey Shire Council:

Leo Hauville was elected to the Kempsey Shire Council in September 2016. He served as a councillor until December 2021, when he became the Mayor.
